Skelewags - Urban Dark Art

This cartoon concept by “Chewie” is great - mixing real world environments with cartoon characters. The style with skull like cartoon figures are not that special, but the overall style is.
Dubbed “Chewie”, this urban artist brings a Tim Burton feel to your local neighborhood by incorporating his “Skelewag” characters into the environment. Taking inspiration from pebbles, grass, water stains, and anything else he can find, Chewie lends us his imagination in those dark and dank places.

I thought these were photoshopped, too, but I don’t really have a trained eye for that.
They’d be really cute if they were in fact painted on urban structures.

Actually, those aren’t photoshopped. They don’t even LOOK photoshopped. Do your homework if you wanna debate something’s authenticity.

Ah there is someone on every comment section that says something is photoshopped. Ignore them. They are uninteresting, non imaginative people, with nothing intelligent to say.

These are not photoshopped, but IF they were, the guys a photoshop god and should be making some serious bank, not trying to fool people on the internet.

Toria- Whenever I paint on a rough surface I will use a sheet of cardstock next to the edge so I can paint right to the edge and on the paper. That leaves really clean lines. This really looks like liquid not spray but you can do the same technique with spray paint.
